Classical Thai massage is a traditional massage originating in Thailand that stands out from other types of massage. It is performed without the use of oil, and the person undergoing the treatment dresses in a special loose outfit provided by the salon. It is a very intense experience, where the masseuse uses not only the hands, but also the forearms, elbows, knees and even the feet.

The technique combines elements of acupressure, reflexology and so-called passive yoga, making it a variation of deep massage. During the session, the client changes the position of the body several times – from lying on the stomach, to lying on the back, to the side position, to sitting.

The main goal of classic Thai massage is to relax muscles, restore flexibility and improve the range of motion in the joints.
